The U. S. Mail Steamer, Tennessee, Lieut. Totten, U.S.N., commander, arrived yesterday afternoon from Panama. She left on the 15th, and brings a large number of passengers. She has also a U.S. Mail. Puser Munroe will accept our acknowledgements for late papaers and the report of the ship.
