Panama City. Late 1800s.

24 days from Panama, via El Realejo, Nicaragua, 16 days and Acapulco, Mexico, 12 days. This steamer arrived in San Francisco from Panama on Friday evening. She brings no later news from the Atlantic States. She reports that the ship Cabot had arrived at Acapulco thirty three days from San Francisco, and was there condemned--the passengers to find the best of their way on to Panama.
